Ingredients

2 portions
  • 300 grams pork meat, pork bondiola
  • 3 green onion, of green
  • 1/2 cabbages, White
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ginger
  • sesame oil
  • soy sauce
  • black pepper powder
  • 12 wonton, wan tops
  • canola oil

Preparation

Process pork.
Mix in a bowl with chopped green onion and chopped white cabbage.
Add the garlic and the grated ginger.
Season with sesame oil and a little soy sauce and pepper.
Fill the wan masses with the pork filling.
Close as empanaditas.
Put oil in a pan and place the empanadas on one side to brown.
Add water halfway and cover.
Let them cook, uncover and let brown again.
Serve with dressing sauce.
