4 slices turkey deli ham
4 leaves lettuce
1/2 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cups red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cups pickles, chopped
salt and pepper

Drain the whey from the cottage cheese.
Mix the cheese with the peppers, pickles, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place a lettuce leaf on top of the slice of ham and trim any excess lettuce.
Spread a tablespoon of the cheese mixture on the lettuce leaf.
Roll it up.
