Flour tortilla rolls with breaded ham and cheese, a snack or dinner for a weekend or a day when you want to have something delicious and quick. Give it a try, you will surely like it.
Place a slice of ham with Oaxaca cheese on the flour tortilla and roll it up, repeat this step until the tortillas are finished or until you have the tacos you will consume.
On a plate, place the breadcrumbs, in a cup beat the two eggs and once they are mixed, pour them into a plate where the tacos can be submerged.
Once soaked in the egg, coat them in the breadcrumbs so they are completely covered.
In a deep skillet, add enough oil to cover at least half of the tacos and heat on low.
Once all the tacos are ready, place them two by two (or as many as fit in the pan) and move them evenly to ensure they brown completely.
Then let them rest in a strainer to remove any excess oil. Serve.
