Delicious souffle for the weekend prepared in layers with sandwich bread, ham, cheese, and egg with cream. It also tastes great for breakfast.

1 package sandwich bread, without crust
1 kilo deli ham
500 grams American cheese
1 egg
500 grams sour cream

In a baking dish, grease it with a little oil.
Place a layer of crustless bread. Next, a layer of diced ham, followed by another layer of diced yellow cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream with the egg until well combined.
Pour half of the cream mixture over the layer of yellow cheese.
Add another layer of bread, ham, and cheese. Finally, pour the remaining cream mixture on top.
Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC or in the microwave covered with microwave-safe plastic. Once the surface is golden, remove it from the heat.
