Ham Souffle

Delicious souffle for the weekend prepared in layers with sandwich bread, ham, cheese, and egg with cream. It also tastes great for breakfast.

  • 1 package sandwich bread, without crust
  • 1 kilo deli ham
  • 500 grams American cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 500 grams sour cream

  • In a baking dish, grease it with a little oil.
  • Place a layer of crustless bread. Next, a layer of diced ham, followed by another layer of diced yellow cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream with the egg until well combined.
  • Pour half of the cream mixture over the layer of yellow cheese.
  • Add another layer of bread, ham, and cheese. Finally, pour the remaining cream mixture on top.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC or in the microwave covered with microwave-safe plastic. Once the surface is golden, remove it from the heat.
