Exquisite weekend souffle prepared in layers with box bread, ham, cheese and egg with cream. It is also rich breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of white bread box without bark
  • 1 kilo of Ham
  • 500 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 500 grams of sour cream

    Preparation

    In a refractory to bake, spread it with a little oil.
    Place a layer of bread without crust. then a layer of diced ham, another layer of yellow cheese in squares.
    Apart, stir the cream with the egg to be well mixed.
    Empty half the amount of the cream mixture on top of the yellow cheese layer.
    Put another layer of bread, ham and cheese. Finally, empty the rest of the cream mixture.
    Put in the preheated oven at 200ºC or in the micro-oven covered with special plastic for microwaves. When the surface is browned, remove it from the heat.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with grated carrot salad and some orange juice and raisins.

    TIPS

    Cover your refractory with plastic so heat does not dry it.
