Hawaiian Maxi Synchronized Tortilla

Prepare this Hawaiian maxi synchronized tortilla with FUD® Chicken Virginia, guacamole, and cheese; you won’t be able to resist its delicious flavor. Give a twist to your classic synchronized tortilla and try this original Hawaiian maxi synchronized tortilla with guacamole.

  • 1 cup canned pineapple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chile, ground
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 package FUD® Virginia chicken ham, 250 gr
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 flour tortillas, giant or burrito-sized
  • pineapple, grilled
  • Fud® Manchego cheese, grated
  • cilantro, for decoration

Low
  • In a skillet, pour the pineapple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, chipotle, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and cumin, and cook for 5 minutes or until thickened.
  • Add the slices of FUD® Chicken Virginia and cook for 4 more minutes, or until glazed. Set aside.
  • For the guacamole, in a bowl mix the avocado with the red onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Set aside.
  • Cut a line from the center of the tortilla to the edge and place the Hawaiian preparation in one quarter of the tortilla; in another quarter of the tortilla place two tablespoons of guacamole; in another quarter of the tortilla place the grilled pineapple and in the last quarter place enough FUD® Manchego Cheese.
  • Fold the quarters one on top of the other, as shown in the video.
  • Heat the quesadilla in a skillet on both sides until the cheese melts.
  • Serve on a plate, decorate with cilantro and enjoy.
