Hummus with Minced Meat

A wonderful hummus appetizer with minced meat for your special occasions. It's delicious.

  • 300 grams veal, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 lime
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Hummus Libanius®

  • To the Libanius hummus, add lemon juice, pepper, and cumin; mix.
  • Cook the meat along with the onion, season with salt and pepper to taste, and let it cook until the meat is browned.
  • Serve the hummus with the meat on top.
