Ingredients

8 portions
  • 300 grams veal, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Hummus Libanius®

Preparation

To the hummus Libanius add the juice of lemon, pepper and cumin; mixture.
Cook the meat with the onion, season to taste and let it cook until the meat is browned.
Serve the hummus with the meat on top.

PRESENTATION

Serve on the plate a portion of hummus, then water over with a trickle of olive oil and finally a little sweet paprika dusted
