Hummus with Tree Chile and Peanut

If you're tired of always making the same snacks, you have to try this hummus with tree chile and peanut. We gave a twist to the traditional recipe, and it truly turns out delicious, crunchy, and with a spicy touch that will be a hit at your gathering. Serve it with carrot and cucumber sticks.

  • 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
  • 1 clove garlic, small
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried árbol chile, chopped
  • 1/2 cups Hellmann's® real mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups peanuts, toasted and chopped
  • 2 cups jicama, in sticks
  • 1 cucumber, with skin, seedless in sticks
  • 3 cups tortilla chips, corn, baked

  • Place the chickpeas with garlic, lemon juice, and tree chile in a food processor.
  • Work the mixture until achieving a homogeneous consistency.
  • Add Hellmann's® Organic and refrigerate until serving.
  • Before serving, add the chopped peanuts and mix.
  • Serve with the vegetables and tortilla chips.
