  • 1/2 cups bacon, in small cubes
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups Jalapeño chile, finely chopped
  • 1 cup requesón
  • 1 cup McCormick® jalapeño mayo
  • salt and pepper
  • cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons tortilla chips, to accompany

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet for 3 minutes or until it starts to brown. Add the onion, garlic, and jalapeño pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • Mix the cottage cheese and McCormick® jalapeño Mayosabor until combined, then add the previously cooked ingredients and mix with salt, pepper, cilantro, and green onion.
  • Serve the jalapeño dip in a bowl and accompany with tortilla chips.
