1 jicama, cut into wrappers
2 carrots, finely grated
1 cucumber, seedless grated
300 grams crab surimi, in juliennes
2 packages cream cheese, julienned
2 avocados, large in thin half-lanes
1 package black sesame seeds, for sprinkling
1 bottle soy, low in sodium
8 limes
3 tablespoons sake
1 pinch salt , (optional)
1 tub itto sauce

Fill the wrappers with carrot, cucumber, surimi, avocado, a piece of Philadelphia cheese, and Itto sauce. Roll them up like sushi.
Make a crosswise cut in each roll.
Prepare the soy sauce with sake, lemons, and salt, strain through a sieve, and put in a container.
