Jícama Rolls with Itto Sauce

  • Fill the wrappers with carrot, cucumber, surimi, avocado, a piece of Philadelphia cheese, and Itto sauce. Roll them up like sushi.
  • Make a crosswise cut in each roll.
  • Prepare the soy sauce with sake, lemons, and salt, strain through a sieve, and put in a container.
