Delicious jicama rolls filled with vegetables and itto sauce, ideal for botanizing. This is a very healthy snack that you can enjoy without any guilt.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 jicama, cut into wafers
  • 2 carrots, finely grated
  • 1 cucumber, grated seedless
  • 300 grams surimi crab, in julianas
  • 2 packages cream cheese, in juliana
  • 2 avocados, big in finite socks
  • 1 package black sesame seed, to sprinkle
  • 1 bottle soy, low sodium
  • 8 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons sake
  • 1 pinch salt, (optional)
  • 1 boat itto sauce

Preparation

Fill the wafers with the carrot, cucumber, surimi, avocado, a piece of Philadelphia cheese and itto sauce. Roll up like for sushi.
In each roll make a cross section.
Prepare the soy sauce with the sake, lemons and salt, go through a colander and put in a container.

PRESENTATION

Arrange in a long dish the rolls standing with the cut up one after another or sprinkle with the black sesame, leave a space for soy (this soy is to bathe the rolls to the taste of each guest).
