2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cups coarse salt
1 1/2 cups hummus, store-bought
3 cups spinach

Brush the pita breads with olive oil. Cut each one into 6 pieces and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Cook the spinach with a little salt in boiling water.
Meanwhile, in a food processor, blend the spinach with the hummus until perfectly mixed.
