Last-Minute Spinach Dip

Delicious and super easy last-minute spinach dip for unexpected guests.

  • 4 pita breads
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups coarse salt
  • 1 1/2 cups hummus, store-bought
  • 3 cups spinach

  • Brush the pita breads with olive oil. Cut each one into 6 pieces and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Cook the spinach with a little salt in boiling water.
  • Meanwhile, in a food processor, blend the spinach with the hummus until perfectly mixed.
