Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 pita breads
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups hummus, bought
  • 3 cups spinach

Preparation

Varnish pita breads with olive oil. Cut each into 6 pieces and put them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Cook the spinach with a little salt and in boiling water.
Meanwhile, in a food processor, mix the spinach with the hummus until it is perfectly mixed.

PRESENTATION

Serve with pita bread.
