Light Vegetable Dip

  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons radish, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoons McCormick® celery salt

  • Drain all the liquid from the cottage cheese and set aside.
  • In a blender, combine the cottage cheese + 2 tablespoons of liquid and blend until smooth.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the bell pepper, onion, radish, and salt.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
