Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons radish, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoons McCormick® celery salt

Preparation

Drain all the liquid from the cottage cheese and keep separate.
In a blender put the cottage cheese + 2 tablespoons of liquid and blend until smooth.
In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the pepper, onion, radish and salt.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

PRESENTATION

Serve the dip accompanied by vegetables such as carrots, jicama and cucumber.

TIPS

You can use cottage cheese light to reduce the calories in this dish.
