  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, for the sauce

  • 2 cups chicken broth, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups table cream, for the sauce
  • 2 chorizo ​​Fud® cuida-t+

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Heat a small pot over high heat with water, when it reaches boiling point add salt and the elbows, cook until soft. Drain and set aside.
  • For the sauce, heat a pan over medium heat with oil, cook the garlic, onion, tomato, until softened, fill with chicken broth cook for 5 minutes or until boiling, remove from the pot and blend with cream cheese and sour cream, set aside.
  • Heat a small pot over medium heat, cook FUD® Cuida-t+ Chorizo until golden brown, add the sauce and cook until combined, add the elbows and cook until it thickens, add sliced FUD® Cuida-t+ Manchego Cheese, cook until it melts.
