Ingredients

  • 1 liter of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 Cup of elbow macaroni pasta small
  • 1 tablespoon of oil for the sauce

  • 2 cups of chicken soup for the sauce

  • 1/2 Cup of Nestle media creama for the sauce
  • 2 pieces of FUD® Chorizo Care-t +
  • 10 slices of Manchego sliced cheese FUD® Care-t +

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C. (356°F)
    Heat a pot over high heat with the water, bring it to a boil and then add the salt and the macaroni, cook until soft. Strain and set aside.
    For the sauce, heat a pan with the oil over medium heat cook the garlic, the onion, the tomato, until it softens, fill with the chicken broth for 5 minutes or until it is boiling, remove it from the pot and blend with cream cheese and half cream, set aside and reserve.
    Heat a pot over medium heat, cook the FUD® Chorizo Care-t + until golden brown, add the sauce and cook until incorporated, add the macaroni elbows and cook until thick add the Manchego Cheese sliced FUD® Care-t +, kitchen until it melts.
