Sauté the mushrooms and season them with a little Maggi.
In a baking dish or clay pot, place the cheese with the mushrooms. Cover with aluminum foil and cook over low heat until the cheese starts to melt. Uncover and cook for another 2 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Serve hot accompanied by flour tortillas so that everyone can make their own tacos. It can also be served with a Mexican spicy salsa.
