Drowned Potatoes

  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1/2 cups lime juice 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/4 cups black hot sauce
  • 1 cup potato chips, reduced fat
  • 1 cup jalapeno fries, reduced fat
  • 1 cup cucumber, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups jicama, in small cubes
  • 1 package Skwinkles® Chunks

  • For the sauce: mix the tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, hot sauce, and black sauce in a bowl. Mix until combined.
  • Serve the potatoes in a bowl, add the cucumbers and jicama, and mix very well.
  • Drizzle the potatoes with the spicy sauce and add the Skwinkles® Chunks. Enjoy these drowned potatoes!
