Garlic Mushrooms

  • 1/4 kilos button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 guajillo chiles
  • 1/4 serrano chiles
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Finely chop the garlic cloves, as well as the chilies. Place them in the pan with the oil to sauté over medium heat.
  • Add the mushrooms and mix so they soak in the oil. Once they release their juice, add the salt. Let them cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
