Guacamole Supreme

Avocado is my favorite ingredient in flavor and preparation. It's easy to combine it with sweet or savory. Making guacamole may seem very simple in preparation, but the finishing touch makes this guacamole the best of all.

  • 4 avocados, ripe Hass, for easy mashing
  • 1/4 onions, cooked in hot water
  • 6 serrano chiles, seedless and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, cooked in hot water, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, its juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • sea ​​salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  • Mash the avocados and place them in a bowl. Set aside.
  • In a food processor or blender, mix the onion, garlic, chiles, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, and salt.
  • Add the mixture to the avocados and blend perfectly. Check seasoning.
  • Flatten the surface and sprinkle sesame seeds for decoration.
