Serve with tostadas or crackers. Also ideal for taquizas.

Tips

To give it a special touch, add 2 tablespoons of pickled chili vinegar to the mixture. Besides enhancing the flavor, it also helps prevent the oxidation of the avocado. When cooking the garlic in hot water, leave the skin on.
