Jalapeño Peppers Stuffed with Tuna Wrapped in Bacon

These stuffed jalapeños are perfect as a snack at a gathering or as an appetizer in your daily menu. They are very easy and quick to make.

1 package cream cheese, at room temperature
12 chiles, jalapeños, cleaned and deveined
12 strips lean bacon
2 cans tuna

Clean the peppers, remove the veins, and make an L-shaped cut to fill them.
Place inside a piping bag or pastry bag. If you don't have one, simply use a plastic bag and fill the peppers halfway.
Drain the cans of tuna, place in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Finish filling the peppers.
Wrap the strips of bacon around each jalapeño pepper.
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.
