4 ears corn, on the cob
6 tablespoons FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
chile powder, to taste
3 limes
5 sprigs epazote
1/2 cups Cotija cheese, grated
1 liter water
salt
5 slices lime, for garnish

Boil the corn in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove from heat. When they are cool enough, cut the corn kernels from the cob (about 4 cups).
In a pot, add water, salt to taste, the epazote, and the corn kernels. Let it boil until the corn kernels are well cooked.
In a bowl, add the FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt, chili powder, and lime juice, and mix well.
Serve 4 tablespoons of esquites and two tablespoons of the FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt mixture in cups or deep plates.
Sprinkle with a little cheese and garnish with lime slices.
