Mini Sopes

Sopes are a very traditional Mexican snack, they are very easy to make, you can fill them with whatever you like, and they are excellent for gathering with family; serve them as a snack or as a main dish.

  • 500 grams masa dough
  • 250 grams chicken
  • 250 grams chorizo
  • 250 grams queso fresco, or from a basket
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 onions
  • 250 grams lettuce, finely chopped
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • cooking spray

  • With the dough, form small tortillas and place them on a griddle; once cooked, create a border around them.
  • Heat a pan with cooking spray, and fry the chorizo with the chicken.
  • Cut the onion and avocado into thin slices. Set aside.
  • On the mini sope, serve the chorizo with chicken, add crema, lettuce, avocado, and onion to taste.
