500 grams masa dough
250 grams chicken
250 grams chorizo
250 grams queso fresco, or from a basket
1 avocado
1/2 onions
250 grams lettuce, finely chopped
250 grams sour cream

With the dough, form small tortillas and place them on a griddle; once cooked, create a border around them.
Heat a pan with cooking spray, and fry the chorizo with the chicken.
Cut the onion and avocado into thin slices. Set aside.
On the mini sope, serve the chorizo with chicken, add crema, lettuce, avocado, and onion to taste.
