  • 2 cups Poblano chile strips, frozen
  • 1/2 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 kilo masa dough
  • vegetable oil, for frying

  • Heat the oil in a skillet.
  • Sauté the onion until translucent, add garlic, incorporate the strips, and cook for 1 minute over medium heat. Add FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
  • Prepare the dough for the sopes by making small round discs and fry them with a little oil. Place them on a plate with a napkin to absorb excess fat.
  • Add the strips to each sope.
