1/2 kilos masa harina
1/2 kilos potato, cooked
2 tablespoons baking powder
salt
1 tablespoon lard
water, enough for kneading
1/4 bacon
8 button mushrooms
1/4 deli ham
1/2 onions
1 stick Philadelphia® cream cheese, of 190 grams

Knead the maseca with the cooked potato, salt, baking powder, and water, forming balls approximately the size of a golf ball; I got 15.
For the filling, fry the rest of the ingredients except for the cream cheese.
Make the tortillas in the press and fill them with cheese and the previously fried ingredients.
And fry until golden brown with all the filling.
