  • 1 kilo rib eye, in medium cubes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
  • lard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt
  • 3 avocados
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • tortillas
  • red salsa
  • Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor

  • Season the rib eye with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
  • Heat the lard, add the rib eye, and cook for 15 minutes or until you achieve a pork crackling texture. Set aside.
  • For the guacamole: place the garlic clove, lime juice, salt, and avocado in a molcajete. Mash, add the onion and cilantro, and mix.
  • Serve the rib eye chicharrón over the guacamole and accompany with chunky salsa and a Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor.
