Easy, quick, and economical golden taquitos, perfect for family Sundays, watching a sporting event, or any gathering at your home; everyone will enjoy them.
1/4 chickens, shredded meat or cheese to fill the tacos
1/4 tomatillos
1 clove garlic
1 white onion, small
3 sprigs fresh cilantro
fresh cilantro, whole, pepper, and salt
2 Jalapeño chiles, raw
1/4 sour cream
100 grams cheese, grated or dried

For the sauce:
Boil the tomatoes and jalapeño peppers, once cooked, blend with the garlic clove, 1/4 onion, pepper, salt, and cilantro with a little water. Set aside.
For the tacos:
Cut the tortillas in half and make the taquitos with the filling of your choice (we provided three ideas in the ingredients) and fry in a previously heated pan with oil. Set aside.
To serve:
Arrange them on a platter, draining them beforehand, and drizzle with the sauce, cream, and cheese.
