Ingredients: 1/2 packages tortillas; 1/4 chickens, shredded meat or cheese to fill the tacos; 1/4 tomatillos; 1 clove garlic; 1 white onion, small; 3 sprigs fresh cilantro; fresh cilantro, whole, pepper, and salt; 2 Jalapeño chiles, raw; 1/4 sour cream; 100 grams cheese, grated or dried

For the sauce: Boil the tomatoes and jalapeño peppers, once cooked, blend with the garlic clove, 1/4 onion, pepper, salt, and cilantro with a little water. Set aside. For the tacos: Cut the tortillas in half and make the taquitos with the filling of your choice (we provided three ideas in the ingredients) and fry in a previously heated pan with oil. Set aside.
