Medium
  • Clean the chiles and soak them in warm water for 20 minutes.
  • Blend the chiles with 1/2 onion, garlic, cloves, cumin, pepper, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, vinegar, and water until it becomes a paste.
  • We will salt and brush our steaks with Oléico oil on both sides, now we will coat them with the adobo we prepared, they should be well covered.
  • Heat a little Oléico oil in a pan, let it heat up well, and place our steaks in one or two at most, we want them to brown nicely on both sides.
  • We will slice the remaining half onion and the steaks that are cooking, we will cut them into thin strips.
  • Once all the steaks are done, we will sauté our onion in the same pan where we cooked the steaks, and then we will add our sliced meat.
  • Let everything cook together for a couple of minutes and serve in our hot tortillas.
