4 tortillas, (tlayudas)
2 tablespoons lard
1 can refried beans
250 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
2 avocados
2 handfuls fresh cilantro, (the leaves)
red salsa, (valentina)
salt

Spread the asiento (pork lard) over the tlayudas.
Heat the beans in a skillet and add them to the tlayuda.
Mix the Oaxaca cheese with the valentina sauce and add the cheese to the tlayudas.
Slice the avocados and serve them on top of the tlayuda.
Sprinkle the cilantro leaves and season with a little salt.
Heat on a griddle or skillet.
