  • Beat the lard until creamy; gradually add the dough, enough chicken broth, baking powder, salt to taste, and beat well.
  • Toast the sesame seeds with the chiles and grind them together with the beans.
  • Make small balls. On the corn husks (washed and drained), spread a little dough, place a ball of beans, and form the tamale. Trim the ends of the husks and steam.
