Beat the lard until creamy; gradually add the dough, enough chicken broth, baking powder, salt to taste, and beat well.
Toast the sesame seeds with the chiles and grind them together with the beans.
Make small balls. On the corn husks (washed and drained), spread a little dough, place a ball of beans, and form the tamale. Trim the ends of the husks and steam.
Decorate the tamale with diced avocado and a little cream.
Serve the tamales with avocado, a bit of cream, and cheese.
