2 cans tuna, drained
350 grams cream cheese
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
100 grams mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 cups water
salt, to taste
chipotle chiles, to taste
saltine crackers
pepper, to taste

Soak the gelatin in half a cup of water. Once it has bloomed, dissolve it in a double boiler, or for 40 seconds in the microwave. Set aside.
Blend the tuna with mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, chipotle, and the dissolved gelatin. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into one or more molds and refrigerate until set, between 2 and 3 hours.
