Delicious snack, perfect to enjoy the world cup. This tuna mousse will delight all your guests, served on crackers or cucumber slices. Do not hesitate to do it!

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cans of Tuna drained
  • 350 grams of cream cheese
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
  • 100 grams of Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoonful of lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • Salt to taste
  • chipotle chili peppers to taste
  • crackers
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Hydrate the grenetine in half a cup of water. Once it has been fluffed, dissolve in "water bath", or for 40 seconds in the microwave. Reservation.
    Blend tuna with mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, chipotle and diluted grenetina. Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour into one or several molds and refrigerate until set, between 2 and 3 hours.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with cookies for snack.
