125 grams smoked salmon
125 grams cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1 pinch black pepper

Cut the salmon into narrow strips.
Using an electric mixer or food processor, blend the salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, scallions, and dill until smooth.
Season the pâté with pepper and place it in a small serving dish.
Cover and refrigerate for 15 min or until ready to serve. Garnish with dill, if desired.
