Try this delicious entry or snack, perfect for your meetings. Its creamy and smoky flavor will conquer all. It also has a fresh touch of dill and chives that make it unique.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 125 grams smoked salmon
  • 125 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Cut the salmon into narrow strips.
Using an electric mixer or food processor, beat salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, chives and dill until smooth.
Season the pate with pepper and place it in a small bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for 15 min or until served. Garnish with dill, if desired.

PRESENTATION

Serve with rye bread or crackers.
