Ingredients

1 serving
  • 125 grams of smoked salmon
  • 125 grams of cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh scallion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

    Preparation

    Cut the salmon into narrow strips.
    Using an electric mixer or food processor, beat salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, chives and dill until smooth.
    Season the pate with pepper and place it in a small bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate for 15 min or until served. Garnish with dill, if desired.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with rye bread or crackers.
