tuna pâté

Tuna, made into a paste, is ideal for spreading. It is used at gatherings and is easy to prepare. Serve it as a snack at your gatherings accompanied by crackers.

  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin

  • Dissolve the gelatin in half a cup of water.
  • In a blender, place all the ingredients except for the parsley and paprika.
  • Transfer to a container and refrigerate until firm, garnished with parsley and red peppers. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
