Tuna Pâté for Snacking

A delicious tuna pâté, perfect for parties and gatherings with friends. It is fluffy and frothy, with a very good flavor and very easy to make for any occasion.

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 Philadelphia® cream cheese, boy
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can chipotle chile, boys
  • 2 cans canned tuna
  • 1 cup water

  • Dissolve the packets of gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water.
  • Heat the remaining 3/4 cup of water.
  • Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water.
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend until the lumps are dissolved. NOTE: Sometimes it sticks to the blender, scrape with a spoon and keep blending; remember to stop the blender before introducing any utensil.
  • Serve in a baking dish and refrigerate until set.
