A delicious tuna pâté, perfect for parties and gatherings with friends. It is fluffy and frothy, with a very good flavor and very easy to make for any occasion.
Dissolve the packets of gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water.
Heat the remaining 3/4 cup of water.
Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water.
Put all the ingredients in the blender.
Blend until the lumps are dissolved. NOTE: Sometimes it sticks to the blender, scrape with a spoon and keep blending; remember to stop the blender before introducing any utensil.
Serve in a baking dish and refrigerate until set.
