2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded, for the popcorn
1/2 cups Frank's® Red Hot Original sauce
1 tablespoon onion powder, for the popcorn
1/2 tablespoons oregano, for the popcorn
1 tablespoon paprika, for the popcorn
1 tablespoon mustard, for the popcorn
1 tablespoon thyme, for the popcorn
1 cup breadcrumbs, for the popcorn
1 egg, for the popcorn
salt, for the popcorn
pepper, for the popcorn
1 cup corn flakes, corn, for breading
1 cup breadcrumbs, for breading
2 eggs, for breading
1 cup wheat flour, for breading
vegetable oil, for frying
carrot, for accompaniment
celery, for accompaniment
blue cheese dressing, for accompaniment

In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese with Frank’s® Red Hot Original sauce, onion powder, oregano, paprika, mustard, thyme, breadcrumbs, and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
With the help of your hands, form balls with the previous mixture, place on a tray, and refrigerate until firm.
Crush the corn cereal, mix with the breadcrumbs, and pour onto a flat plate. Set aside.
Dip the cheese balls in egg, coat with wheat flour until covered, return to the egg. Cover with the cereal and breadcrumb mixture. Repeat until all the balls are done.
Fry in enough hot oil until golden, drain. Serve with raw carrots and celery. Enjoy.
