Enjoy these amazing spicy mozzarella cheese popcorn. This variety of different popcorn is perfect to accompany on your football evenings or to sit and watch a marathon of your favorite series. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated, for popcorn
  • 1/2 cups Frank's® Red Hot Original sauce
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for popcorn
  • 1/2 tablespoons oregano, for popcorn
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, for popcorn
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, for popcorn
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, for popcorn
  • 1 cup ground bread, for popcorn
  • 1 egg, for popcorn
  • to taste salt, for popcorn
  • to taste black pepper, for popcorn
  • 1 cup cereal, corn, for breading
  • 1 cup ground bread, to bread
  • 2 eggs, to bread
  • 1 cup wheat flour, to bread
  • enough oil, to fry
  • enough carrot, To accompany
  • enough celery, To accompany
  • enough blue cheese dressing, To accompany

Preparation

In a bowl mix the grated mozarella cheese together with Frank's® Red Hot Original sauce, onion powder, oregano, paprika, mustard, thyme, breadcrumbs and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
With the help of your hands, form balls with the previous mixture, place on a tray and refrigerate until they remain firm.
Crush the corn cereal, mix with the breadcrumbs and pour into an extended plate. Reservation.
Bathe the cheese balls in egg, go through the wheat flour until covered, return to the egg. Top with cereal and bread mixture. Repeat until finished with the balls.
Fry in enough hot oil until golden brown, drain. Serve with raw carrots and celery. Enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with Frank's® Red Hot Original sauce, serve with raw carrot and celery.

TIPS

The cheese balls need to be firm enough before frying otherwise they will lose their shape.
