Nachos with Meat

Do you remember the delicious nachos with meat from that amusement park? Here we show you how to make them.

  • 100 grams nachos
  • 150 grams ground meat
  • 100 grams tomato sauce, or crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/2 green bell peppers, or red
  • 1 Jalapeño chile
  • 100 grams cheese, shredded for gratin (emmental)

  • Finely chop the onion and bell pepper. Sauté in a skillet with olive oil. Add the ground meat and fry until well cooked.
  • Add the tomato sauce, and the jalapeño chopped into very small pieces, and add salt to taste.
  • Place the nachos in a platter or bowl and pour the contents of the skillet over the nachos.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the meat and put it in the microwave or conventional oven until the cheese is melted.
