100 grams nachos
150 grams ground meat
100 grams tomato sauce, or crushed tomatoes
1/2 onions
1/2 green bell peppers, or red
1 Jalapeño chile
100 grams cheese, shredded for gratin (emmental)

Finely chop the onion and bell pepper. Sauté in a skillet with olive oil. Add the ground meat and fry until well cooked.
Add the tomato sauce, and the jalapeño chopped into very small pieces, and add salt to taste.
Place the nachos in a platter or bowl and pour the contents of the skillet over the nachos.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the meat and put it in the microwave or conventional oven until the cheese is melted.
