This is a typical dish from Oaxaca, you can make the Oaxacan tlayuda with the ingredients you like the most, whether it's chorizo, meat, chicken, or simply with Oaxaca cheese.

1 cup black beans
1/4 cups lard
1 cup cabbage, or lettuce
250 grams Oaxaca cheese
2 tomatoes
2 serrano chiles
1 avocado
1 radish
2 corn tortillas, tlayudas

Heat the corn tortillas on a griddle or in a skillet.
Spread the lard and then spread the black beans (heated in a skillet).
Sprinkle the cabbage over the entire tlayuda and then crumble the Oaxaca cheese and add it to the tlayuda.
Chop the tomato, green chili, avocado, and radish and add them to the tlayuda.
Serve hot.
