1 package bacon, 200g
4 sticks Great Value® cream cheese, 227g each
1 bunch chives, finely chopped
2 cups green olives
2 cups black olives
10 sprigs rosemary
1 yellow bell pepper
1 teaspoon Great Value® plain salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 package saltine crackers, for serving

Heat a skillet over medium heat; brown the bacon, let it cool and chop.
In a blender, blend the cheese until creamy, add the bacon, chives, and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the cheese into plastic wrap and roll it up to form a cone, freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
Cut the peppers into star shapes using a cookie cutter.
Take the cheese out of the freezer and use a spatula to smooth the surface.
Place the olives around the cheese cone, alternating with rosemary and pepper stars.
Let cool for 30 minutes, and serve with crackers. Buy HERE
