Place the paneer cheese in a baking dish. Mash the cheese with a fork.
In a bowl, mix the grated garlic, olive oil, corn oil, oregano, and crushed dried chili. Pour the mixture over the cheese and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Baste the cheese with the mixture every hour. (Ideally, refrigerate it overnight).
Put the cheese in the oven for 15 minutes or until it is slightly soft.
Serve with crackers or pita bread.
