Papitas Arriero

A snack of cambray potatoes with an incredible flavor that everyone will enjoy, which also works as an excellent side dish.

  • 1 kilo new potatoes, boiled 1 kilo new potatoes, boiled
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Maggi seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons buffalo sauce

  • In a large pot or pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the boiled potatoes to sauté, stirring gently and regularly so that all the potatoes brown evenly.
  • Once the skin of the potatoes is browned, add the English sauce and stir the potatoes so that they are all coated, until the sauce reduces.
  • Add the buffalo sauce and similarly stir the potatoes and let them reduce. Finally, add the Maggi sauce, which will caramelize along with the other two sauces and provide a unique texture and flavor.
