In a large pot or pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the boiled potatoes to sauté, stirring gently and regularly so that all the potatoes brown evenly.
Once the skin of the potatoes is browned, add the English sauce and stir the potatoes so that they are all coated, until the sauce reduces.
Add the buffalo sauce and similarly stir the potatoes and let them reduce. Finally, add the Maggi sauce, which will caramelize along with the other two sauces and provide a unique texture and flavor.
