Peach and Jocoque Cups

Delicious Arabic bread cup with jocoque and peaches in syrup, decorated with pieces of peach and mint.

  • 6 arabic bread, soft
  • 1 cup jocoque, dry
  • 1 cup canned peaches, (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons ax callus

  • Find an individual pancake mold or a metal ring. Measure its height.
  • Cut strips of Arabic bread the same height as the molds. Cut lengthwise to avoid waste.
  • Line the inside with strips of Arabic bread, arranging them to form a cup.
  • Bake the molds at 180º C until the bread is toasted. Let cool in the molds.
  • Mix jocoque, Mazola Olive and Soy oil, and sugar in a bowl; you can use a mixer if you want. Gently fold in the chopped fruit. Reserve in the refrigerator.
  • Fill the cups with a small spoon or a round-tipped pastry bag.
