Peach Puff Pastry Triangles

Delicious puff pastry triangles with peaches, caramelized onion, and fontina cheese.

  • 300 grams puff pastry, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 onion, julienned
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 150 grams fontina cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon thyme

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the onions and salt, and cook for 5 minutes or until the onion is soft. Add the peaches and mix. Lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the puff pastry sheet on a clean surface and cut into 16 squares. Cut the squares in half to obtain 32 triangles. Place them on a baking sheet.
  • Place a tablespoon of the peach mixture on each triangle and sprinkle a little cheese and thyme. Bake for 15 minutes and serve. 3
