  • 4 cucumbers
  • 1 cup jicama, grated
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 cup cracker nuts
  • 1/2 cups spicy gummies, of mango
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chamoy
  • hot sauce, to accompany
  • lime juice, to accompany
  • salt
  • 1 cup spicy potato chips
  • 1 cup chamoy

  • Peel the cucumbers and use a spoon to remove the seeds. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the jicama with the carrot, peanuts, mango gummies, hot sauce, chamoy, and lime juice, and season with salt.
  • Using a spoon, fill the cucumbers with the previous mixture.
  • Place the potatoes in a bag and use a rolling pin to crush them until you obtain a fine powder.
  • Dip the cucumbers in the chamoy, coat with potato powder, slice some pieces, and serve with hot sauce and lime.
